Request Work Package Creation Consultation
You can easily request work packages by booking a call with Efficient Frontier International (EFI) through our intuitive platform. During the call, you'll agree on the work package details, ensuring that everything is tailored to your specific needs.
​Proposal and Team Selection
You'll receive a proposal that includes all bids from members and the bid price, allowing you to make informed decisions. After reviewing the proposals, you can accept or decline them as you see fit.
​Onboarding and System Access
Once a members bid is approved, you’ll be notified that they are awaiting access to your systems. This is your cue to onboard them to your systems, which can be updated via the platform.
Monitoring, Updates and Reporting
Once your work package is active, you can monitor its progress and track metrics over time directly from your client portal through our intuitive MI. This real-time tracking allows you to stay informed about the progress of your cases.
