Financial crime analysts have traditionally built judgement through experience.

They learn the rules, work through live cases, observe experienced colleagues and gradually take on more complex work.

But that development path may be becoming less dependable.

Our latest survey report explores what this could mean for analyst development and why simulation-based training may have a role in helping firms build practical experience more deliberately.
